MONOGRAMS

  • Please allow 5-6 weeks for monograms to be completed. 

GIFT WRAP

  • Please note: If you purchase gift wrap, all items in your order will be wrapped together and will ship together. If you have any pre-order items, the entire order will not ship until these items are in stock.
  • If you would like to receive your in-stock items sooner, we suggest removing Gift Wrap, or placing two separate orders.

HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?

  •  Our regular office hours are 9:30 - 5:30 EST, Monday to Friday. We do our best to respond to all emails within 48 business hours. Please note that this timeframe may be slightly longer during and immediately after launches and our annual sale.

  • Due to the small size of our team, we do not have a customer service phone number. If you would prefer to speak via phone, please send us an email first and we would be happy to schedule a time to call you. 

RETURN POLICY

  • We are pleased to offer free domestic returns and exchanges. 
  • To begin a return or exchange, please click here to access our Returns Portal. This will provide you with a prepaid return label and ensure your return is processed ASAP. 
  • Products that are unwashed and in their original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing once your return is received and quality-checked at our warehouse.
  • Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address entered at time of purchase.
  • Monogrammed items are final sale and not eligible for return.

PRODUCT CARE + SIZING

  • Unique Size Guides with product measurements are located on individual product pages.

  • Care instructions are located in the “Details and Care” tab on each product page.

RESTOCKS

  • The best way to be notified of the exact moment of launches and restocks is to sign up for our email or text notifications at hillhousehome.com. We announce to email and text subscribers first.

PRE-ORDERS

  • Kindly note, in order to reserve your desired style & size, all pre-orders will be charged on the date of order placement. 

SHIPPING

  • Please allow 7-14 business days for shipping.
  • All orders ship from our New Jersey warehouse.
  • Domestic shipments are sent via FedEx.

  • Ground shipping is free on domestic orders $100+.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Flat Fee Canada $35
  • Flat Fee Rest of World $50 
  • Flat Fee includes shipping, duties + taxes
  • For International Returns & Exchanges, shipping charges will apply.

In an effort to adhere to sustainable practices, HHH is committed to using only non-toxic natural materials backed up with extensive testing to abide by the highest compliance standards. We feel it is important to maintain elevated, thoughtful products created without the use of harsh chemicals or synthetic fabrics.

Our manufacturing partners are well vetted to ensure fair treatment of employees at all levels.  We closely monitor our supply chain to ensure that the health and safety of workers is a top priority.

HHH is working toward further reducing our negative impact on the environment by eliminating single use plastic in our packaging by the end of 2021.
